Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after purchase.
PRE-ORDER item will result in shipping delays as the item will be available to ship at a later date.
All orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. PST will begin processing on the following Monday.

USPS Expedited mail: $22.00 (2-3 business days)
Free Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): for domestic orders over $100.00 using the code: "FREESHIP". Free Shipping not applicable with other promotions.
*Signature is required upon delivery of all packages. Please remain up to date with your tracking updates and arrange for someone to be available to sign for your package. If USPS attempts delivery and you are not available, please report to your local USPS Office immediately to claim your package before it is returned to us.

United Kingdom - USPS Priority Mail International: $35 (7-14 business days)
All Other Countries - USPS Priority Mail International: $35 (7-14 business days)
Please note that all orders shipped international packages (Delivery Duties) Unpaid This means that all customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not charged by Jo Bella New York and are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery. If the customer fails to pay these fees and the package is returned to Jo Bella New York, we will not resend your package and instead issue a store credit in the amount of the subtotal of your order (not including shipping fee).
Jo Bella New York is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping
Items returned within 30 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a store credit. Returns received after this date will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and undamaged. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will result in a 10% FEE or ineligibility to receive store credit.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges. If an item is returned, store credit will be issued for the subtotal amount.
If your item was damaged/incorrect upon receipt email email@example.com within 6hrs of receiving the package with photo proof. Failure to do so will result in our inability to replace your item.
All items are returned to Jo Bella New York are done so at the expense of the customer. Please be sure to include a comment inside the return package with your name, order number and reason for the return.
A tracking number for the returned package must be obtained by the customer in case the package is lost on its way back to Jo Bella New York, failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
Any returned items that do not meet our terms will be discarded upon receipt.
Please keep in mind that original shipping fees are NOT refundable and not applicable to your store credit.
